In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will check you order status. If the parcel it has not been picked up by the courier or by the postal service, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your account

Kindly note that if the parcel has been picked up by the courier, we are unable to cancel orders.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you in this matter.

If the parcel has not been picked up, we can easily change the address.

In the event the parcel has yet been picked up and you choose Poste Italiane (the economic option of shipping), we are unable to process the address.
If you choose the express courier, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by a customer.

Check the shipping method you chose when placing your order. If you have chosen Poste Italiane, with the Posta1 service for shipment to Europe, your package will take between 15 and 20 working days, while for non-EU countries it will take between 30 and 35 working days, except for delays not attributable to our activity. . If you have chosen express courier (GLS, BRT, DHL), your package will take 3-4 working days from the time the package leaves for shipments to Europe and 5-6 working days for shipments to non-EU countries .

The warehouse will process the orders during working days (Monday - Friday) on opening hours (9.30 - 13.00 - 16.00 - 19.30).

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date (only if you choose express courier) or identification code (if you choose economic shipping).

Kindly note that orders placed after 19.30 on Fridays will be processed on next Monday and those placed after 11:00 am (EST) are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Packages are not transported nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to receive a different product, you are most welcome to send back your purchase for a full refund that we will make within 14 days by the day of receipt of the item. We will refund your product(s) for its full value to the account originally used when making your purchase. To ensure that you receive the desired product as fast as possible, we kindly ask you to make a new purchase at your own convenience.
