30 day return

Since our customers are always satisfied with the stones they receive, there are very few cases in which a return is requested, however even for these few cases we make the return procedure quick and easy and we give our customers 30 days of time to rethink.

To make a return, simply contact support who will help you throughout the return and refund/replacement process.

The customer can choose the courier he prefers to make a return and the refund will be made as soon as we receive the returned stones.
